Help make university life more connected and fulfilling.
Hey there. I’m Finn, the founder of Driftwood. I’m building a family of interconnected apps that make room for things we want more of in our lives: noticing something beautiful, finding someone who understands us, spending unhurried time with friends.
I’m looking for students who want to help bring them to their universities—and help shape what they become.

I’m building Driftwood through Entrepreneur’s First, the largest incubator in Europe. In early 2027, I’m planning to head to San Francisco to pitch for a full funding round.
Before then, we’re growing through friends, communities and universities. Our first campus ambassadors will help shape how that happens.
What you’d do
Introduce Driftwood to friends, societies and other students. Sit with people as they try the apps, find out what feels good and what falls short, and bring those observations back to me. Help with marketing and outreach, and find interesting ways to bring people together around the apps.
You’ll work directly with me, with room to bring your own ideas about what would make Driftwood worth using at your university.
What to expect
There are no set hours, and this is an unpaid role at this stage. You’ll gain experience in an early-stage startup, help shape products people use, and have a contribution you can describe on your CV. I’m happy to write references reflecting your work.
The role may grow as Driftwood does, depending on funding and traction. There’s no promise of paid employment yet.
You don’t need a technical background. Curiosity, initiative, and an interest in bringing people together matter more.
Apply
Tell me a little about yourself, your university, and why you’d like to help build Driftwood on your campus. I read and reply to every application myself.
